About Us

Il Nostro Posto, “Our Place” is a sophisticated Sicilian cucina (a converted 19th century warehouse) boasting a distinct European atmosphere. A hidden jewel in the heart of Melbourne in Hardware Lane.

The inspiration is Sicilian, and the speciality is seafood. Try the linguine al cartoccio, a seafood ragu pasta wrapped in paper and oven-baked. Another signature dish is the seafood pie called guazzetto in crosta, topped with a lid of pizza dough and baked in the oven.
